The Midwest Clinical Instruction Regional Network (MCIRN), a program administered by the University of Nebraska College of Nursing, will be releasing an exclusive interview featuring two key members of the Community HealthCare System team, focusing on critical topics such as return on investment of preceptors, nurse retention, and the impact of preceptor training.  

This conversation includes the perspectives of Mindy Olberding, MSN, RN, Chief Nurse Officer, and Ryan Stover, Chief Financial Officer, who share insights on the evolving impact of preceptors on the current nursing workforce.
